Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes remote assistance tools and cloud solutions to deliver technical support for hardware, software, store networks, and applications.
  • Monitors and assesses the impact of data packet loss on the store network and specific equipment.
  • Delivers clear verbal guidance for on-site diagnostics to restore equipment functionality.
  • Follows established procedures for software installation.
  • Configures new DVR systems and sets recording parameters, ensuring proper naming conventions for multiple cameras.
  • Manages and prioritizes multiple support tickets based on urgency.
  • Interprets and adheres to protocols outlined in the internal knowledge repository.
  • Maintains inventory levels and procures necessary components.
  • Provides telephonic support as required.
