Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in our emergency department. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and support the hospital's mission to provide high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support the hospital's commitment to excellence in patient care, safety, and service.
- Current California Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- TNCC certification within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum one-year acute care hospital experience in emergency nursing preferred.
