About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Advocates. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in promoting the values, dreams, and potential of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and meaningful activities to support the growth and development of our clients
  • Work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA principles and strategies
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Driver's License
  • Dependable Vehicle
  • Experience working with children and/or autism (training provided)
