As a Clinician at Bright Harbor Healthcare, you will collaborate with a diverse team to provide direct care, therapeutic interventions, and support to both individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic care to individuals and families
- Involve clients and their families in the development of treatment plans
- Support clients with daily living activities and offer coaching
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver psycho-educational support
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline
- Valid LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC certification
- Experience with community services and entitlement programs
