Job Overview:
The Bicycle Courier is tasked with the timely and courteous delivery of orders to customers of Jimmy John's. This role requires a dependable individual with strong customer service abilities and a thorough understanding of the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver menu items from Jimmy John's efficiently and accurately, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Ensure that orders are correctly filled and delivered to the appropriate locations.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers.
  • Comply with all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Keep precise records of customer orders and deliveries.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines for secure bicycle transport.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional bicycle.
  • Communicate effectively with store staff and management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation (bicycle).
  • Ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and swiftly.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
