About the Role
The Virginia Mason Section of Hospital Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospitalist Physician to join our team of 40 physicians and advanced practice providers on a per diem basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a member of our hospital medicine team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
- Prefer 2+ years of experience as a Hospitalist
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority
- ACLS and BLS certification
