Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and assist with medical care, including basic first aid, vital sign monitoring, and catheter and bowel care.
  • Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning, as well as prepare meals according to dietary and nutritional needs.
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Current, unrestricted certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
