Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team at NYU Langone Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic procedures with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiographic procedures with attention to detail and patient safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of radiographic exams.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of radiologic procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
  • New York State license or temporary permit to practice Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College graduate.
