Position Summary: The role of Project Engineer involves overseeing and executing capital projects within our manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning project objectives with business strategies while ensuring optimal asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturing regulations.
  • Manage a variety of small to medium-scale capital projects, focusing on effective planning, deliverables, reporting, and budget management.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise in manufacturing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Implement projects using a structured engineering workflow, recommending continuous improvement initiatives with justifications and ROI analyses.
  • Contribute to the development of the Conagra Performance System (CPS) through active participation in the Early Management (EM) Pillar Team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Proven project management skills applicable to low complexity projects.
