Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will provide expert care to patients in acute, chronic, and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and communicate policies, procedures, and related forms in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
  • Supervise staff and manage employee performance, providing ongoing performance feedback and addressing problems.
  • Develop and implement plans for professional development, attending educational in-services and participating in professional activities.
  • Accurately and completely document respiratory care, following established charting procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered as a Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Two years' experience in Respiratory Care.
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) by the state of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association.
