Job Summary

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for translating key items on the Powin Roadmap into detailed requirements for the Technology organization to execute. This role requires a broad technical experience and a passion for clean energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify product capability gaps for internal and external customers and quantify the value of filling those gaps.
  • Translate product roadmap and business strategy into detailed requirements for the Technology organization.
  • Obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization using evidence-based decision making.
  • Conduct research and develop a solid understanding of customer needs, new technologies, and trends in the market.
  • Develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to illustrate product ideas and concepts.
  • Work directly with customers and advocate internally on behalf of their technical needs.
Qualifications
  • Background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or similar technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years of relevant industry experience and a track record of solving tough, technical problems.
  • Technical experience with Software Development processes and providing clear documentation for engineering teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player.
