Healthcare Operations Specialist

This position requires a highly skilled and organized individual who can provide administrative support to the Director of Inpatient Services. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including payroll and budget management. Additionally, they will track and trend data related to Joint Commission surveys and other regulatory requirements.
**Job Summary:**
Provide administrative support to the Director of Inpatient Services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Maintain accurate financial records, including payroll and budget management
- Track and trend data related to Joint Commission surveys and other regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Director and other department leaders
Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting
- Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
