Serenity Healthcare is seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to enhance our corporate operations. This role is crucial for the configuration and management of both hardware and software systems, driving the organization towards greater efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain server and network infrastructure, including VoIP systems, in a hybrid environment.
  • Develop and communicate change management strategies to ensure uninterrupted service during operational hours.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for recurring technical issues.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address critical IT challenges outside standard business hours.
  • Travel as needed to establish new clinics with necessary IT equipment and network solutions.
  • Occasionally work outside regular hours for scheduled maintenance and migration tasks.
  • Manage the Microsoft 365 Business environment, including Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant IT experience; certifications may supplement experience.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable.
  • Ability to initiate and execute significant projects from planning through to completion.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding team members in best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence in sharing ideas while remaining open to learning from others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications like CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Cloud+, AWS Professional, or Azure Architect.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management methodologies.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft 365 Business and Azure environments.
