Culinary Expert

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to established recipes and guidelines.

This role requires a strong passion for culinary excellence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Previous experience working in a high-end dining establishment or similar fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items with precision following recipes and guidelines set by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in every dish prepared
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and well-being of guests and staff
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to optimize kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required in a kitchen environment

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
