We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at TechForcePros. As a Senior Advanced Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our clients.

• Salesforce Expertise and Technical Leadership
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including its data model, security framework, and cloud capabilities, to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.
  • Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all Salesforce implementations adhere to industry standards and best practices for security and compliance.
• Solution Design and Architecture
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand client business processes, pain points, and objectives.
  • Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with client business needs, considering scalability, performance, and future growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, from initial setup and configuration to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Integration and Data Management
  • Develop and implement integration strategies to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data into Salesforce.
  • Design and build interfaces between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data synchronization and real-time updates.
• System Optimization and Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
  • Proactively recommend and implement enhancements that leverage new Salesforce capabilities and align with client business goals.
• Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Development
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting tools to develop insightful reports and dashboards that provide key metrics and KPIs.
  • Establish data quality standards and implement data validation rules, workflows, and triggers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Leverage Salesforce's analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Custom Development and Code Optimization
  • Lead the development of custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality and meet complex business requirements.
  • Develop and implement custom Lightning Web Components to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Continuously review and optimize custom code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Training, Documentation, and Support
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
  • Provide post-implementation support to address any issues, answer questions, and ensure smooth operation of Salesforce solutions.
