Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell Mondelez International products to retail customers, including biscuits, chocolate, and other snack products.
  • Merchandising and Display: Ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores, including setting up and maintaining displays, and rotating stock to ensure freshness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stocked and rotated.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales and merchandising experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and travel to retail stores as needed.
