We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at Healing Hands Ministries Inc.

About the Role

As a Pediatrician at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide routine and sick visits to patients
  • Conduct preventative screenings and care
  • Counsel and educate patients on chronic diseases and treatment options
  • Assist in our mission to provide access to quality care to all
  • Perform office-based procedures
  • Work with a diverse, underserved patient population
  • Share your expertise and best practices to help us become the provider of choice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree with applicable specialties
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Texas or be able to obtain
  • Registered and have current DEA, DPS, and other such certificates to legally operate as a practitioner in the State of Texas or be able to obtain
  • Excellent patient engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in community health centers and/or non-profits is preferred
  • Experience serving multicultural and multilingual patient populations
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar
  • MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • A servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
