Position Responsibilities:

The role involves working in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital focusing on Minor Care, MedSurg, and PCU. Candidates must possess experience across various departments and be adaptable to departmental needs.

Applicants must hold an ACTIVE WA license.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient and family educational needs and delivering appropriate education.
  • Ensuring patient safety through preventive measures and adherence to policies.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in operating equipment in the PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg areas.
  • Implementing infection control protocols and maintaining documentation standards.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care and nursing interventions.
  • Effectively communicating with other departments and reporting critical lab values promptly.
  • Restocking supplies and maintaining emergency carts as needed.

Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
