We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Specialist to join our team at Florence Filter.

Estimated Salary: $16-$18 per hour

About the Role:

The Assembly Line Specialist will be responsible for assembling air filters, working with fiberglass, and learning different machines and stations through cross-training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Air Filters: Ensure that all air filters meet our high-quality standards by carefully assembling them according to specifications.
  • Work with Fiberglass: Handle fiberglass materials with care, taking necessary precautions to avoid any health risks or environmental impact.
  • Cross-Training: Learn and become proficient in operating various machines and stations on the assembly line, adapting quickly to new processes and technologies.
  • Take Direction: Receive guidance from Production Managers and other leads, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a Plus: While not required, proficiency in both English and Spanish is an asset, enabling better communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Facilities Maintenance and Cleaning: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Make Deliveries: Assist with deliveries using our company truck when needed, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement for this role.
  • Lifting Ability: Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Show a strong commitment to being on time and meeting deadlines.
  • Good Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors, ensuring smooth operation of the assembly line.
