Job Summary

The Terrain Park Groomer is a key member of our mountain operations team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality terrain parks and features for our guests. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain grooming equipment to ensure optimal terrain park conditions.
  • Construct and maintain terrain park features using a snow cat, adhering to safety protocols and winter plan guidelines.
  • Supervise night-time hand crews during build projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain and reconstruct parks in coordination with the winter plan and day crews' end-of-day communications.
  • Assist in digging out and moving jib features with night-time park rangers.
  • Communicate grooming results to the terrain park lead groomer, manager, or supervisor.
  • Complete all necessary grooming forms, including the mountain trail checklist and Terrain Park Groomer Nightly Report.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
