Responsibilities
  • Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in, adhering to our company's checklist and reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Clean occupied apartments, respite, and guest apartments as scheduled, using our company's checklist and reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms, keeping them clean and organized, and reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting any needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Should be familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and spray bottles, and with the safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
  • The Community is a drug-free workplace, and associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug-Free Workplace policy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.
