Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for clients entering our facility, ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention.
- Maintain a calm and empathetic demeanor in emotionally charged situations.
- Greet clients warmly and establish friendly eye contact as they arrive.
- Assess each client's unique needs and their pet's condition upon arrival.
- Distinguish between emergency situations and standard visits.
- Handle non-patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Confirm appointments in advance, providing clients with accurate information on how to prepare their pets.
- Offer emotional support and resources to clients experiencing grief in a compassionate manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients and service agencies during the handling of pet remains, ensuring a thorough and sensitive process.
