Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Part Time Temporary Daycare Employee at Next Generation Childcare and Learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan activities that promote developmentally appropriate learning and growth for children.
  • Design and implement daily and weekly schedules to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Provide high-quality care and caregiving activities, ensuring each child's physical and emotional well-being.
  • Evaluate children's progress to ensure they reach developmental milestones.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's activities and experiences.

This role requires a professional work ethic, quality classroom management skills, and exceptional customer service. If you possess these qualities and have experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Flexibility and stamina are essential for this role.

We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling. The estimated salary range for this position is $13.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. With 15-35 hours of work per week, you will have a stable income while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
