Job Summary:

Valet Park of America is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet patrons in a polite manner and assist them in any way possible.
  • Safe Transportation: Safely shuttle customers to various destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and signs.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Complete required pre-trip inspections to meet federal and company safety requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers through radio contact and other means.
  • Record Keeping: Record passenger counts and trip times, as well as complete necessary paperwork involved in daily operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in equipment set up and break down, including signs and cones.
  • Cleanliness: Sweep shuttles and remove debris to ensure cleanliness.
  • Problem Reporting: Communicate mechanical problems with shuttles to management.

Requirements:

  • CDL B or Higher: A valid CDL B or higher with passenger endorsement is required.
  • Medical Card: A valid medical card is also required (Valet Park of America can assist with obtaining one if needed).
  • Background Check: Background checks and driving tests will be conducted.

  • Charter Runs: Charter runs are also available, which include gratuities.
