**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Chef to join our team at Maryland Masonic Homes. As a key member of our Dining Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook large quantities of food in an institutional setting
• Manage kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and quality food
• Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menus

**Requirements:**

• Current Serv-Safe Certification
• Experience with large quantity cooking in an institutional setting
• Long term care experience
