Housekeeping Specialist

At Solista Senior Living by Cogir Oregon, we're seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance staff, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our residents. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that all assigned areas are kept spotless.

• Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition, including resident apartments, common areas, and outside spaces.
• Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sweep all areas of the establishment.
• Follow community cleaning schedule and protocol according to community guidelines and follow established safety precautions.

• A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment, is a plus.
• Attention to detail and high integrity.
• Previous experience working in a hotel, Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
