Position Overview:

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (Flex)

Compensation Range: $43.00/hr. – $50.00/hr. (includes flexibility premium based on experience)

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate of potential base compensation that may be offered for this role and is subject to change. Factors such as location, relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity may influence the final salary.

Outstanding Bonus Structure: Quarterly target bonuses of up to 5% based on customer satisfaction metrics, plus potential productivity bonuses of up to $450 per month if specific center performance indicators are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants in various tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
  • Utilize professional judgment to deliver healthcare services, including applying x-ray technology for the diagnosis or treatment of patients across all age groups.

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
  • A valid State Driver's License is necessary.
  • Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check is required.
