Job Description
This Warehouse Associate position plays a critical role in supporting our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and provide updates on task progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Record and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Organize and store materials in designated areas.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and follow all safety protocols.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • The ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
