The world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, The Star is a comprehensive NFL training facility in the country. Our state-of-the-art facility includes a multipurpose, 12,000 seat, indoor stadium that will provide facilities for use by the Cowboys, City of Frisco and Frisco ISD football and soccer games.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at The Cowboys Club Lounge, a workspace and membership club connecting work, leisure and culture for a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders with a passion for the Dallas Cowboys.

Responsibilities
  1. Setup, Cleanliness, and Breakdown: Ensure the assigned bar area is set up, maintained, and broken down efficiently.
  2. Serving Beverages: Provide exceptional customer service, serving beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  3. Cocktail Knowledge: Possess recipe knowledge, proper ringing of all product, and cash and credit card handling skills.
  4. Guest Experience: Create a fun, friendly, and exciting experience for all guests, upholding standards for the proper service of alcohol as set forth by Legends Hospitality and TABC organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar.
  • TABC Certification: Must have a current TABC certification.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Availability: Must be available to work an irregular schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation

Our estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location.
