We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse-RN (FLOAT) to join our team at Patient First. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities- Implement Patient First's policies and procedures to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Provide quality nursing care and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and employees.
- Administer medications and provide sound judgment when screening patients.
- Assist physicians in emergency cases and provide positive customer service in all interactions.
- Foster teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere.
- Complete other duties as directed by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Keyboarding experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- One year of clerical experience preferred.
- One year of clinical experience with medication administration preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Nurse in the state of Maryland.
