Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries
  • Design and implement custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows, forms, and business processes
  • Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM and ERP systems
  • Provide technical support and training to SharePoint users
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role
  • Experience with SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, and developing and administering
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of the.Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint site configuration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of SQL Server (on-prem and Azure)
  • Experience with ShareGate and other SharePoint migration tools
Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
