About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our fluid filling machines to ensure the highest quality dairy products are produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain fluid filling machines to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in machine operation and maintenance
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
