This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact with our residents through therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the chance to work with a rapidly growing company, with 140 centers across IN, MD, MO, OH, PA, VA, and WV.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and review patient medical charts, develop treatment plans, and implement them through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to all team members.
• Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of the rehab team.
• Conduct staff and family training and education when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid or pending state physical therapy license.
