Job Title: Clinical Therapist

Bellewood & Brooklawn is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth in residential treatment and their families or caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth in residential treatment and their families or caregivers.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and ongoing risk assessments.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and advise on precautions for increased safety issues.
  • Contribute to the on-call rotation to handle situations that occur outside regular business hours.
  • Document services in an electronic health record.
  • Communicate regularly with outside partners, such as the Department for Community Based Services, family and juvenile court, the school system, and others.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • One year experience working with children and/or youth is preferred.
  • Associate level license is required; independent license is preferred.
Compensation:

Minimum $52,500

Independent Clinical Practitioners Minimum $65,625
