At Northwestern Mutual, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $130,000 - $200,000 yearly, plus uncapped commissions. Our company has been helping families and businesses achieve financial security for 165 years, and we are committed to empowering our clients to be financially confident.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans for clients, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing financial advice and support.
  • Sell Northwestern Mutual financial products, such as life insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products.
  • Network and prospect for new clients, utilizing your strong communication skills and networking capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a Four-Year Institution.
  • Prior sales and/or business experience preferred.
  • Possess a history of personal and professional success.
  • Ability to commute to the NYC Metro Area and work onsite in our NYC Office Location.
