Lead Mixologist

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Saint Louis Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

1. Take orders from members and guests, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to their specifications.
2. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship.
4. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the bar operation.

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of beverage management systems, POS operations, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
