Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU travel nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify potential complications and develop strategies to prevent them
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a large facility with over 200 beds and level 1 trauma
  • Ability to care for critical ill patients independently
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • NIHSS and ND or compact state RN License
Work Environment:

The ICU travel nurse will work in a state-of-the-art facility with 18 beds and a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 in the IMC and 1:4 in the ICU.
