Speech Language Pathologist Specialist

**Job Details:**
  • Setting: In-person, School
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hourly Rate: $90+
As an SLP, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Conducting assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
  2. Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, setting specific and measurable goals tailored to the needs of each client.
  3. Providing therapy to individuals with speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, language delays, and language disorders.
  4. Counseling and supporting individuals and their families, addressing emotional and social aspects of communication disorders.
  5. Integrating and training individuals in the use of assistive technologies that can enhance communication and daily living.
  6. Conducting screenings to identify individuals at risk for speech and language disorders and implementing preventive measures.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
  • Relevant SLP experience
  • Current CA state SLP license in good standing
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • State and contract-specific compliance requirements
