About This Role

Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and propose tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Wells Fargo's banking products and services to effectively connect customers with relevant offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build trust, providing personalized support to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to refer customers' financial needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and adhere to Wells Fargo's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers, or equivalent experience demonstrated through training, military experience, or education.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Focus: Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive Engagement: Ability to proactively engage with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Financial Education: Ability to educate customers on the value of mobile banking options and help them succeed financially.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs and build strong relationships with internal partners.
