About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Verbal Behavior Associates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of talented BCBAs, ensuring high-quality services for clients.
  • Maintain responsibility for client program books, records, session notes, and graphs.
  • Prepare and submit annual progress reports for each client.
  • Train and supervise RBTs and Clinical Supervisors working with clients under the direction of Clinical Leadership.

Requirements

  • A valid BCBA certification and eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, TB test, and Live Scan background check.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record.
