**Job Summary:**
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Safely operate the dishwasher and other equipment
- Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- Focus on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind
- Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols
