2. Coordinate engineering tasks related to cycle reload projects, including design, licensing analyses, and preparation of necessary documentation.

3. Suggest modifications to procedures and design methods, with potential on-site involvement in fuel inspections and oversight of manufacturing processes.

4. Utilize sound engineering principles to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

5. Review and validate design work from contractors and collaborate with various internal and external teams.

6. Function effectively within a team, taking on roles as a leader, mentor, or team member.

7. Adhere to safety and industrial hygiene protocols during core verification and fuel inspection activities.

8. Communicate complex nuclear fuel topics clearly to management and collaborate on defining issues and improvement strategies.

9. Engage in emergency response activities and vendor oversight as assigned.

Qualifications:

Entry Level Engineer:

Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.Less than two years of relevant engineering experience.

Support Engineer:

Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.Minimum of two years of relevant engineering experience.

Senior Engineer:

Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.Minimum of five years of relevant engineering experience.Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry practices.

Principal Engineer:

Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.Minimum of ten years of relevant engineering experience.In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and industry practices.Comprehensive understanding of technical expertise related to energy generation and distribution.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A minimum of three years of experience in an entry-level engineering role.

2. Experience with BWR core design is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in PC applications, with a preference for skills in Linux, scripting, and programming.

4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in nuclear fuel engineering is beneficial.

5. A Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering is preferred.

6. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and leadership capabilities are essential.

7. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities are crucial.

8. Engineer in Training Certificate or Professional Engineer registration in Pennsylvania is desirable.
