Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and photographs, to support our marketing efforts.
- Capture and edit high-quality visual content during school events, activities, and campus life.
- Develop and maintain our school's photo and video libraries.
- Manage our communications calendar, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather content and ensure accurate and engaging communications.
- Monitor and report metrics for SEO, email campaigns, website, and other digital media performance.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to our organization's branding guidelines across all communication materials.
- Proficiency in multimedia design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Previous experience in graphic design, video production, and photography.
- Strong photographic and videography skills, with a keen eye for detail, composition, lighting, and angles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia projects.
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communications, film, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all design and communication tasks.
- Creative: A strong sense of creativity with the ability to produce engaging and innovative multimedia content.
- Efficient: Proficient in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Communicative: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptable: Flexible and positive, capable of finding solutions when faced with design or communication challenges.
- Curious: Staying current with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of visual content.
