Role Overview: Warehouse Operations plays a crucial role in managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This includes tasks such as receiving goods, fulfilling orders, packaging, and shipping to meet established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and training new team members on company policies and departmental procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Overseeing inventory management and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.
  • Providing support to distribution center staff across various functions, including:
    • Unloading shipments using manual and mechanical equipment.
    • Accurately organizing and stocking inventory according to established standards.
    • Processing orders, including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating, wrapping, and loading products.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; college degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; prior experience in a distribution center is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong focus on achieving results and fostering teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word); familiarity with AIMS, ECC, WIL, ADI is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds regularly.
