Position Overview

This opportunity is with a firm that focuses on crafting bespoke ventilation systems utilized in upscale kitchens across various sectors, including culinary establishments, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and military applications.

As a vital member of the fabrication and welding crew, your responsibilities will include performing TIG welding on stainless steel sheets, as well as grinding and polishing the metal to meet quality control standards.

This position is structured as a temporary-to-permanent role, providing a fantastic chance for individuals who appreciate diverse training experiences. The team environment is highly collaborative, and there are numerous pathways for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute basic TIG welding on stainless steel sheet metal
  • Utilize various tools to grind and polish the metal to quality control specifications
  • Apply silicone sealant to completed welds
  • Adhere to both written and verbal instructions to fabricate different components

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime Opportunities:
  • Available for those looking to increase their earnings

Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of TIG welding experience (personal projects are acceptable)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with grinding and polishing tools
  • Possession of steel-toed footwear
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs

Compensation:
$22 - $30 per hour
