Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and supervise their work to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and replacements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or industrial setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid driver's license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
  • Bilingual a plus.
