About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Work with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive repair or tire installation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
