Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced patient care and support to patients and families

Requirements
  • CNA-2 or CNA-1 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements
