RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Nurse Care Specialist with Hancock County Health System, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of med-surg. and E.R. patients. This includes ensuring safe, quality, and continuity of care is maintained while caring for all types of patients on assigned units, adhering to professional nursing standards.

HOURS:
This is a full-time position, requiring 72 hours per pay period, with three 12-hour shifts per week. The night shift runs from 6:15 pm to 6:45 am, with every third weekend and holiday rotation. You will be eligible for an $8.00 an hour shift differential pay.

QUALIFICATIONS:


To be successful in this role, you must be a RN with a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and be licensed or eligible in the state of Iowa. Additionally, you should possess excellent computer skills.
