Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Solomon Page. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with respiratory conditions. This includes conducting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to determine respiratory conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Certification from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
